UKRAINE EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Dnipro, Ukraine

After almost three years of supporting thousands of Ukrainian refugees through housing, food security, non-food item (NFI) programmes and more from our base in Romania, All4Aid moved its operations inside Ukraine in May 2025. Our work is now based in the city of Dnipro, one of the main safe havens for people fleeing the war frontline regions.

OUR WORK IN DNIPRO, UKRAINE

Through our Emergency Response, All4Aid focuses primarily on the provision of safe shelter and emergency evacuations for families displaced by the ongoing conflict, alongside food security and non-food item distribution as needed.

To work effectively inside Ukraine, All4Aid partners with Children New Generation (CNG) — a Ukrainian Christian nonprofit serving displaced families in the Dnipropetrovsk and Donbas regions. By combining All4Aid’s international experience with CNG’s local expertise and trusted community networks, we are able to work more effectively and reach people in places few others can — with integrity, compassion, and accountability.

Through this partnership, we operate three main programmes:

1. EVACUATION PROGRAMME

We are the only frontline evacuation team in the Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions with a diverse fleet of four armoured vehicles (sent from Germany). This unique capacity allows our team to reach civilians in frontline areas under heavy shelling — an essential and rare resource that helps save many lives every day.

Through our joint evacuation programme, we rescue civilians in active war zones — including many elderly and people with disabilities — who have lost their homes, communities, and livelihoods, bringing them to safety: often the emergency housing shelters in Dnipro.

2. EMERGENCY HOUSING (SHELTERS)

For nearly three years, All4Aid managed several residential units in Bucharest, Romania, providing accommodation for Ukrainian refugees. At its peak, the programme operated three large houses simultaneously, hosting 89 people.

Now, through our partnership with CNG, All4Aid supports the operation of two shelters that offer dignified accommodation and daily meals for hundreds of internally displaced people:

  • A large shelter with 196 beds and over 10,000 sq ft for displaced families — currently the largest capacity shelter in Dnipro city.
  • A transit shelter with 60 beds for mothers and children, located just outside Dnipro.

These shelters provide more than a bed and a meal — they offer safety, community, and hope for those rebuilding their lives amid war.

3. FOOD & NON-FOOD ITEMS AID

All4Aid also provides food and non-food support for displaced families across Ukraine. Since 2022, we have coordinated dozens of aid convoys from Germany and Romania, delivering tonnes of food and essential items such as winter jackets, hygiene kits, generators, fire extinguishers, and more. We continue these deliveries as needs arise and as funds permit.
