Rodrigo Assis da Silva
Rodrigo is a Brazilian-born Christian theologian, ordained Baptist minister, and global development professional with over fifteen years of experience serving across three continents — South America, Africa, and Europe. His ministry and leadership journey have taken him from Brazil to mission and humanitarian contexts in Mozambique (2006), the United Kingdom (2007–2013), and Germany, where he has made his home since 2013.
As the Founder and CEO of All4Aid, Rodrigo provides overall leadership for the organisation, shaping and guiding its vision to support displaced people through compassionate, community-based programmes. His responsibilities include building and nurturing partnerships, mobilising new workers, representing All4Aid in churches and conferences, and raising vital funds to sustain and expand its impact. Combining theological depth with strategic insight, Rodrigo leads with integrity, humility, and a heart for holistic transformation — seeking always to integrate faith and action in the service of others.
Rodrigo is married to Annalena, a German social worker and systemic therapist who shares his passion for caring for people. She supports Rodrigo in his ministry with All4Aid and offers professional counselling to team members whenever needed on a voluntary basis. Together they are parents to three young boys — Eloy, Lui, and Milo — and make their home a place of welcome, faith, and joy.
