Emilio Herazo

Emilio is a Panamanian-born accountant and lawyer with over 15 years of professional experience. He has previously worked for churches, mission agencies and nonprofit organisations, such as: Kirche in Aktion, Youth With a Mission (YWAM), Gemeindejugendwerk Hessen, etc. 

As Finance Manager at All4Aid, Emilio’s responsibilities include: managing the areas of finances (bookkeeping, controlling and accounting), helping design and implementing All4Aid’s finance management strategy, and optimising our systems and processes in those areas.

Emilio is married to Silvia, a German social worker and educator, and together they have two girls. They are active members of the Baptist Church at Am Tiergarten in Frankfurt where they serve in the children’s ministry. In his free time, Emilio also volunteers as a football coach.
