Lea and Sebastian Czub
Lea and Sebastian are a young married couple from Germany with a deep desire to serve people affected by displacement and injustice. Together, they are part of All4Aid’s Emergency Response Team in Dnipro, bringing hope and practical support to displaced families through their daily work and compassionate presence.
Lea holds a degree in Primary Education and has a strong passion for children’s learning and well-being. Having led children’s and youth ministries at her local church and worked with pupils of all ages and abilities in Bavaria, she carries a vision from God to “give children a home feeling” — a safe place where they can learn, grow, and experience love. In Ukraine, she seeks to live out this vision by helping children who have lost their homes find stability, care, and dignity.
Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a background in Agribusiness. Before joining All4Aid, he gained experience in international cooperation, including work on WASH projects in East Africa with Siemens Stiftung and participation in the International Young Farmers Exchange Programme in Uganda. His heart for justice and sustainable development now finds expression in supporting All4Aid’s logistics and aid operations in Ukraine, ensuring that vital assistance reaches those most in need.
Rooted in their shared faith and sense of mission, Lea and Sebastian embody courage, unity, and compassion in the face of adversity. They are devoted to serving the people of Ukraine with humility and love — offering hope where despair once ruled.
