We recently hosted a Refugee Fashion Show at the All4Aid Community Centre in Lesvos, in collaboration with YSR — Yoga and Sport With Refugees.
The event was planned and led by members of the refugee community themselves, who curated donated clothing, organised the runway, and shaped the atmosphere of the afternoon. All4Aid and YSR were glad to support and provide space as this initiative came to life.
The gathering began at the All4Aid Community Centre and later continued across the street at YSR, ending with time to share food, music, and conversation. It was a moment of creativity, confidence, and community—led by those too often spoken about, rather than listened to.
These moments remind us how meaningful collaborations can be and that community grows when people are given space to lead. We’re excited to stay in touch with our colleagues at YSR and look forward to creating even more special events together in the future. 🤝💛
