We would like to take a moment to say a big “thank you” to Phillip Todd Vandergrift, as he steps down from his role as Director of Community Engagement at All4Aid, in order to pursue formal theological training and fully focus on serving at a Baptist Church as a trainee minister.
Many of you know Phillip from his visits to Lesvos. But Phillip also did a lot of work behind the scenes, visiting churches, schools and networking with people, raising awareness of the refugee situation, raising funds and recruiting volunteers. Although he is formally leaving his All4Aid position, he remains a close friend to all of us on the team and will continue to informally serve as an ambassador for the cause of refugees and for the work of All4Aid.
Phillip, we are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you. You always brightened up the day when you’d sing the “Good Morning to You” song – we will certainly miss that! The All4Aid family wishes you all the best and many blessings on your new journey!
